Lessons are cumulative and progressive: For example...
week 1- Lesson A
week 2- Lesson A+B
week 3- Lesson A+B+C ...and so on.
The contents of the course include:
1. Alignment and posture
2. Building Qi in the 12 Meridian Lines
3. Using Qi to massage major parts of the body
4. Building Qi in the Ming Men (Gate of Life), at the Lower Back
5. Activating the Dan Tien (Energy Centre in Lower Abdomen)
6. Loosening 15 main sections of the body including all major joints
7. Building Qi in the Internal Organs
8. Energizing the Cells
Taiji Quan 108: New Class starting Jan 2009
New Taiji Quan 108 class starting 2nd week Jan 2009. Class days are Wednesdays and Fridays, open to all who have done Nam Wah Taiji Yang Shen Gong (Beginner's Course), and Nam Wah Taiji Quan 24.

We currently have ongoing 108 classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays at 6C Geylang Lorong 7. Open to those who have done Nam Wah Taiji Quan 108.
