Progression of Wu Tu Nan Taijigong Training Program :
Taiji Basic Health Set (Yang Shen Gong,

Duration: 8 - 10 weeks
- Qigong including building energy in Meridien Lines, Acupoints, Internal Organs especially Kidney, Strengthening of Joints, and Releasing Tensions.
Taijiquan 24 plus upgrading of qigong exercises
Duration: 6 - 9 months
- Training in the Basic Principles of the Moving Sequences, in preparation for Higher Taiji Sequences.
- Includes correct postures, directions, flow, centering and relaxation. Also includes further Stationary Qigong training.
Taiji Sword / Taiji Sabre / Taijiquan 108 plus upgrading of qigong exercises
Duration: 1 year to unlimited
- Training in one of the Higher Taiji Sequences, with step-by-step addition of Higher Principles. Also includes further Stationary Qigong training.
- Also includes further Stationary Qigong training.
